GENERAL INFORMATION:

Hotel rate is $166.88 (includes all taxes and fees) for double occupancy.

• You may book 3 days before and after conference for the same rate.

  • Breakfast is included in the rate.

• There are a limited amount of rooms, so get your reservation made early.

• A deposit equal to one night’s stay is necessary and will be charged to the credit card upon reserving your stay. The deposit is refundable if canceled at least 7 days before arrival.

• If you are using a school credit card or any other card that does not have your name, you must fill out a credit card authorization form.

  • Once the form is completed and scanned you will need to email the form to: Kingston.reservations@hilton.com

  • The form should be sent 10 business days prior to your arrival

• The reservation deadline is October 26, 2024. However, the Embassy rooms may fill up prior to this date, so don’t wait to make your reservation!
