***All admin fees must be paid before or at Conference Registration***

• Additions and changes are accepted through midnight on February 17.
• Deletions can be made up to the first day of the Conference using the provided form.
  • There is no administration fee for deletions, however, payment is expected for any deletions after Feb 10th. 
• Additions and substitutions will incur an administration fee of $25 per occurrence.
  • If you need to add registration(s), SC HOSA will send an invoice for the additional registration(s) and administration fee. Credit card payments will be charged a non-refundable processing fee.
