#7 STATE Conference deadlines & reminders
January 6
- Hotel Selection/Assignment opens.
- YOU MUST COMPLETE our Conference Verification form (CVF), where you submit your hotel request. the CVF opens at 8 AM.
February 1
- ~Scholarship Applications DEADLINE
- ~State Officer Applications DEADLINE
February 10
- 1. NO REFUNDS after this date (all registrations in the CMS are the responsibility of the school) and are due by February 25.
- 2. February 10th is the last day to register for the conference without a $25 administrative fee.
- a. After this date, changes & additions are accepted through Feb. 17 with a $25 administrative fee per occurance.
- b. Deletions are accepted now & throughout the conference without a $25 administrative fee. However, the $90 registration will still apply.
- 3. After this date, you will no longer have access to your on-line (CMS) conference registration. If you need assistance, you will need to contact schosa@outlook.com
February 17
- 1. After this date: No Additions, Changes, or Substitutions. NO EXCEPTIONS– Deletions only after this date. However, the $90 registration fee still applies.
- 2. Digital Upload Submissions, no exceptions to this deadline!
- 3. Conference Verification form submission deadline
- 4. Hotel Reservation Deadline
- 5. Outstanding HOSA Member Photo- Deadline
- 6. Chapter Photo- Deadline
- 7. DEADLINE for registering your proctor for all online testing.

2025 State Leadership Conference Fee payment deadline.

DEADLINE– ALL 2024-2025 HOSA Memberships are due.
REMINDERS
- 1. Read your Competitive and Recognition Event Guidelines
- 2. All written tests will take place the week of February 24 -28. This includes all first round and testing ONLY events.
- 3. The HOSA Code of Coduct must be followed at all times by STUDENT, ADVISORS, CHAPERONES & GUESTS.
- 4. All phones should be in the off position during competitions, general and awards sessions.
- 5. Only three students/teams from the same chapter, may compete in any competitive event.
- 6. Only five students from the same chapter may register for the Recognition event, Healthcare Issues Exam.
- 7. Curfew is 10 PM each night of the conference.
- 8. No swimming in hotel swimming pools without an advisor being present.
- 9. Advisors are required to be present with students during all activities sponsored by SC HOSA on Thursday evening, as well as any events not organized by SC HOSA, such as trips to Tanger Outlets, Top Golf, and similar outings.
