Bylaws for Board & Student Organization

Bylaws are written rules for conduct of the SC HOSA Board of Directors and for our student organization, SC HOSA. These bylaws generally provide for meetings, elections of a board of directors and officers, filling vacancies, notices, types and duties of officers, committees, assessments and provide a framework for the operation and management of the board and SC HOSA.
