Meetings/Sessions:

1. Advisor/chaperone/guest orientation meeting 1:30-2:30 PM in the General Assembly room in the conference center.

2. Courtesy Corps meeting 3:00 – 4:00 PM- Hilton Ballrooms DEF

3. Opening session – 7:30 PM Exhibit Hall CD in the Conference Center

Transportation:

1. Jonathan – is POC for transportation.  Transportation desk is located on the 1st floor of the convention center in the Grand Lobby Show Office E – 8:00 AM – 5:00PM.

Badges are required to enter any HOSA session or conference area.

-Dress Code – will be strictly monitored.  Students must have closed toed shoes to enter any session. Advisors, chaperones and guests must .dress in a professional manner to participate in HOSA activities.  Including opening, recognition, and closing sessions.  Also, business dress is required in all HOSA areas including the expo.  See page 78 in the conference program.

-First Aid stations are located on the first and third floor of the conference center.

-Round 2 appt. times are on the ILC app.  Also posted to the ILC website since June 14th. Please plan to arrive for your appointment times 15 minutes beforehand.

Offsite competitive event competitors are required to ride the HOSA provided shuttles to your event.  No advisors, chaperones, or guests are allowed to ride with the competitors. 

1. Doors open 45 minutes prior to Opening, Recognition, and Awards Sessions.
2. Seating is reserved for South Carolina during the opening session.  However, seating is first come, first served for recognition and awards.  Look for your State officers, palmetto tree flag and South Carolina signs at recognition and awards, they will be saving you a seat so that we can sit together as a state.

• Photo ID is required for all events.  READ YOUR GUIDELINES for more information.
• Wednesday daytime wear: Show your pride and wear your 2024 SC HOSA SLC -T-Shirt (Purple) on Wednesday for daytime wear.

• Thursday & Friday Competitive Event Volunteers (Family Medicine Physician & HOSA Bowl): Please wear your PURPLE POLO. If you don’t have one, you can pick one up on Wednesday during South Carolina’s registration. Dress code: slacks are acceptable, NO JEANS.
